All products at Harrow & Ash are made to order. Production typically takes 15–20 days before dispatch. Estimated production times are provided as guidance only and may vary depending on production schedules and order volume.

Delivery Delivery times vary depending on location and the shipping service selected at checkout. Once dispatched, tracking information is provided where available.

Delayed Delivery Service We offer a complimentary delayed dispatch service for customers whose renovation or construction project is not yet ready. Simply provide your preferred delivery timeframe at checkout.

Delivery Address Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Additional shipping costs arising from incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts may be charged.

Inspection Upon Delivery Please inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if your item arrives damaged, with photographs of the packaging and products.

Customs & Duties International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
