Orders

By placing an order with Harrow & Ash, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

Made-to-Order Products

All products are manufactured specifically for each customer after an order has been placed.

Once production has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled or amended unless agreed by Harrow & Ash.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders where an obvious pricing mistake has occurred.

Product Information

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, dimensions and images accurately represent our products.

Colours and finishes may vary slightly due to natural materials, lighting conditions and screen calibration.

Intellectual Property

All website content, including photography, branding, logos, designs, product descriptions and graphics, remains the property of Harrow & Ash and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the products supplied except where otherwise required by law.

We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including shipping delays, customs inspections or manufacturing interruptions.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
